Recipe for "Daifuku ( Azuki Mochi )"


Tips

Use homemade red bean paste is more delicious.

Soak and boiled the red bean until soft.
Blend it with sugar to taste and some oil until very smooth.
Its ready to use.

Ingredients

Glutinous Rice Flour 100 g
Sugar 2 tbsp
Red Bean Paste 150 g
Water 95 ml
Potato Starch For dusting

Instructions

Combined Glutinous rice flour, sugar and water.

Steamed the dough on high heat for 15 minutes.

Use spatula to stir the dough evenly.

Placepotato flour in a flat container, dust the dough and divide it into 6 portions.

Flatten down a piece of dough, put the bean paste in the center, and pinch to close.
