Cream Puff Dough | |
Water | 1 cup |
Butter | 1/2 cup |
Salt | 1/4 teaspoon |
All- Purpose Flour | 1 cup |

Corn Starch | 2 tablespoon |
Custard Powder | 2 tablespoon |
Milk | 1 1/2 cup |
Sugar | 3 tablespoon |
Vanilla Essence | 1/4 teaspoon |
Eggs | 2 |
Bring water, butter and salt to a boil. Add the flour all at once; stir briskly until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball.
Remove from the heat and let stand for 5 mins before adding the eggs. Beat well after adding each egg until mixture is smooth and shiny.
Drop dough. 2 inch apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 30 mins until golden brown.
How to make Custard Filling.
In a large saucepan over low heat, mix all the ingredients.
Beat the mixture until it becomes thick, smooth and shiny yellow.
Spread the custard cream over crust; chill for 20 mins.
