Tips

Puff should not be underbaked. They should be golden, brown and crispy.

Do not boil the water too long, causing it to be evaporated and your dough will be dry.

Ingredients

Cream Puff Dough
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup all- purpose flour
4 eggs
Filling
2 tablespoon corn starch
2 tablespoon custard powder
1 1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 eggs

Instructions

Bring water, butter and salt to a boil. Add the flour all at once; stir briskly until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball.

Remove from the heat and let stand for 5 mins before adding the eggs. Beat well after adding each egg until mixture is smooth and shiny.

Drop dough. 2 inch apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 30 mins until golden brown.
