Chicken Broth | 2 cups |
Uncooked Brown Rice | 1 cup |
Garlic | 1 clove |
Onion, Chopped | 1 medium |
Green Pepper | 1 medium |
Vegetable Oil | 2 tablesppons |
Soy Sauce | 2 teaspoons |
Ground Ginger | 1/4 teaspoon |
Cooked Medium Shrimp, Peeled | 2 1/4 cups |
Boneless Chicken, Cut Into Cubes | 1 1/2 cups |
Can Pineapples, Drained | 3/4 cups |
In a large pan, bring broth to boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat. cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until tender.
In another pan, saute the garlic, onion and green pepper in oil until tender.
Stir in soy sauce and ground ginger. Add shrimp, chicken and pineapple.
Add in cooked rice into the shrimp mixture. Ready to serve.
