All Purpose Flour | 2 cups |
Water/milk | 3/4 cup (flexible) |
Dry Yeast (Mauripan) | 1 teaspoon |
Butter/margerine | 1 tablespoon |
Sugar | 1 teaspoon |
Luke Warm Water | 1/2 glass |
In a cup,mix the lukewarm water with sugar and dry yeast. Leave for 5-10 minutes
In a large bowl, combine flour and margerine.
Make a well in the bowl and pour the yeast mixture. Mix while adding water a little at a time until well combined.
Knead the dough until it is no longer sticky or until your hand is clean from the flour (5 mins)
Dust the bowl with flour or oil and let the dough rest around 1-2 hours before used.
