2 cups | all purpose flour |
3/4 cup (flexible) | water/milk |
1 teaspoon | dry yeast (mauripan) |
1 tablespoon | butter/margerine |
1 teaspoon | sugar |
1/2 glass | luke warm water |
In a cup,mix the lukewarm water with sugar and dry yeast. Leave for 5-10 minutes
In a large bowl, combine flour and margerine.

Make a well in the bowl and pour the yeast mixture. Mix while adding water a little at a time until well combined.

Knead the dough until it is no longer sticky or until your hand is clean from the flour (5 mins)
