Recipe for "Spaghetti Aglio Olio A La Indonesia"

Reserve spaghetti cooking water to be poured with the sauce

Ingredients

Spaghetti 200 gram
Garlic (Minced) 3 cloves
Olive Oil 4 tablespoon
Cabai Rawit (Hot Indonesian Green Chili, Minced) 3 pcs
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water (+ olive oil) for one minute less than package instruction. Set aside and reserve 50 mL of cooking water.

Heat olive oil in pan, add minced garlic. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.

Add spaghetti, 50mL of spaghetti cooking water, salt, pepper, and minced "cabai rawit". Toss for 2 minutes.

Serve immediately when hot
