Spaghetti | 200 gram |
Garlic (Minced) | 3 cloves |
Olive Oil | 4 tablespoon |
Cabai Rawit (Hot Indonesian Green Chili, Minced) | 3 pcs |
Salt | 1/4 teaspoon |
Pepper | 1/4 teaspoon |
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water (+ olive oil) for one minute less than package instruction. Set aside and reserve 50 mL of cooking water.
Heat olive oil in pan, add minced garlic. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
Add spaghetti, 50mL of spaghetti cooking water, salt, pepper, and minced "cabai rawit". Toss for 2 minutes.
Serve immediately when hot
