Recipe for "Meatball With Blackpepper Gravy"


Tips

Make sure the homemade meatball is placed in a refrigerator for 10 minutes to keep it solids before frying it.

Ingredients

Minced Beef Half pack
Parsley Any amount you like
Oatmeal 1 cup
Blackpepper 1 table spoon
Blackpepper Gravy
Wheat Flour 1 table spoon
Onions Half
Blackpepper 2 table spoon
Butter 1 table spoon
Fresh Milk 2 cups
Tomato Sauce 2 table spoon
Oyster Sauce 2 table spoon
Soy Sauce 1 table spoon

Instructions

Mixed up all ingredients to create your homemade meatball. Shape it in ball shape.

Place the meatball in refrigerator for a while before frying it.

Meanwhile, prepare blackpepper gravy. Cook minced onions until it caramelised with butter. Add up flour and fresh milk and dont stop stirring.

Add up tomato sauce, blackpepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce. You may add up some water.

Done! And fry all the meatball and lastly, pour the gravy and ready to eat! You may need to add up mashed potato if you like.
