Cod Fish | 1 slice |
Onions | Half |
Fresh Milk | 1 cup |
Wheat Flour | 2 table spoon |
Lemon Juice | 1/2 cup |
Pepper | 2 table spoon |
Salt | 1 tea spoon |
Clean the cod fish and cut into cube. Sauted it with salt and pepper, and fried it all.
Then, prepare the lemon sauce. Cook onions with butter or olive oil. Add up flour, and followed by fresh milk.
Do not stir the mixture and add up lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Taste it! You may need to add some more salt or pepper whatever you like.
Prepare the plating and serve it with lemon and brocolli.
