Recipe for "Cod Fish And Lemon Sauce"

Cod fish, madam. Do not overcook the fish. Make sure you cook just for 1-2 minutes for each side.

Ingredients

Cod Fish 1 slice
Onions Half
Fresh Milk 1 cup
Wheat Flour 2 table spoon
Lemon Juice 1/2 cup
Pepper 2 table spoon
Salt 1 tea spoon

Instructions

Clean the cod fish and cut into cube. Sauted it with salt and pepper, and fried it all.

Then, prepare the lemon sauce. Cook onions with butter or olive oil. Add up flour, and followed by fresh milk.

Do not stir the mixture and add up lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Taste it! You may need to add some more salt or pepper whatever you like.

Prepare the plating and serve it with lemon and brocolli.
