Recipe for "Smoked Salmon"


Tips

Do not let salmon overcook, grilled just for 2 minutes for each side. It is to keep the salmon moists and not too dry.

Ingredients

Salmon Fillet 1 fillet
Black Pepper 3 table spoon
Olive Oil 1 table spoon
Salt 1 tea spoon
White Sauce
Mayonaisse 3 table spoon
Onions Half
Lemon Juice 1 table spoon
Salt 1/2 tea spoon
Pepper 1 table spoon
Parsley Just a little amount

Instructions

First, to prepare smoked salmon, make sure you sauted the salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper. On a non stick pan, grilled it, just for 2 minutes.

Now, prepare the white sauce. Mix all the ingredients, and taste it.

Ready to serve for dinner with brocolli.
