Smoked Salmon

My favourite fish of all time.

Tips

Do not let salmon overcook, grilled just for 2 minutes for each side. It is to keep the salmon moists and not too dry.

Ingredients

1 fillet salmon fillet
3 table spoon black pepper
1 table spoon olive oil
1 tea spoon salt
White Sauce
3 table spoon mayonaisse
Half onions
1 table spoon lemon juice
1/2 tea spoon salt
1 table spoon pepper
Just a little amount parsley

Instructions

First, to prepare smoked salmon, make sure you sauted the salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper. On a non stick pan, grilled it, just for 2 minutes.
