Pastikan minyak cukup panas supaya adunan tepung mengembang apabila digoreng.

Ingredients

500 g udang harimau
200 g tepung gandum
100 g tepung beras
2 cmb serbuk kari
1/2 cmt baking powder
Secukup rasa garam
375 ml air
2 cmb jus limau
1/2 cmt lada sulah

Masukkan tepung gandum, tepung beras, serbuk kari, baking powder & garam ke dalam mangkuk.
