Carrot-Minced | 20 g |
Onion-Minced | 1 medium size |
Breadcrumbs-Soaked | 2 tbsp |

White Pepper | A dash. |
Corn Flour* | To coat |
Black Pepper Sauce | |
Black Pepper-Crushed* | As many as you like |
Osyter Sauce * | To taste |
Chicken Powder* | To taste |
Water* | 1/4 cup |
Onion | 1 |
Corn Starch Water* | 1 tbsp |
Chicky balls
Marinated the chicken fillet with all the ingredients above.
Coat with * and deep fried it until crispy.
Set aside.
Black pepper sauce
Mix all the above * ingredients very well.
Saute the onion then add the mixture.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer until the gravy become thick.
Pour on top of the chicky balls.
