make sure when spoon the mixture to the baking pan, distance it around 1cm for the cookies to expand.

Ingredients

Brown Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Butter 1 cup
Corn Oil 1 cup
Egg 1
Fresh Milk 1 tbsp
Wheat Flour 4 cups
Cream Of Tartar 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Almond Nibs 1 cup
Semisweet Chocolate Chip 2 cups
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

Instructions

Whisk sugar, butter, corn oil, egg, fresh milk, and vanilla essence together until smooth.

Put flour, chocolate chip, almond nibs, baking soda and cream of tartar into the mixture and stir it until well mix

Spoon the mixture to the baking pan in small portion

Bake at temperature 350'F (175 c) for 10-15 minutes depends on the type of oven

Cool the cookies and keep in air-tight container
