Recipe for "Marinated Chilli Lamb"

Other part of lamb also find. You can use beef too.

Ingredients

Lamb Shoulder Cutlet, Cut Into Smaller Pieces. 3 pcs
Chilli Flakes 4 table spoon
Salt To taste
Onion 1 pcs
Garlic 3 pcs
Ginger 1 inch
Bird Chilli 5 pcs
Olive Oil 4 table spoon
Sweet Soy Sauce 1 table spoon

Instructions

Grind ginger and garlic

Combine grinded ginger, garlic, salt, olive oil, sweet soy sauce, black pepper and chilli flake into large bowl.

Cut the onion large and cut half the bird chilli. Combine it with the marinate mixture.

Put the lamb cutlet into the mixture and let it marinate for atleast 40 minutes

Stir fry the marinated lamb just before serving. No need to add oil. Stir fry under medium to high heat for 5 to 8 minutes.

Ready to serve.
