Marinated Chilli Lamb

My husband love lamb. One day he bought a lamb shoulder cutlet and i am running out of idea what to do with it. That's how this recipe was created! "Campak campak" recipe.

Other part of lamb also find. You can use beef too.

Ingredients

3 pcs lamb shoulder cutlet, cut into smaller pieces.
4 table spoon chilli flakes
To taste salt
1 pcs onion
3 pcs garlic
1 inch ginger
5 pcs bird chilli
4 table spoon olive oil
1 table spoon sweet soy sauce

Grind ginger and garlic

Combine grinded ginger, garlic, salt, olive oil, sweet soy sauce, black pepper and chilli flake into large bowl.

Cut the onion large and cut half the bird chilli. Combine it with the marinate mixture.

Put the lamb cutlet into the mixture and let it marinate for atleast 40 minutes

Stir fry the marinated lamb just before serving. No need to add oil. Stir fry under medium to high heat for 5 to 8 minutes.
