Recipe for "Durian Muffins"


Tips

Mix puree & chunks Durian

Ingredients

Flour 1 1/2 cup
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Durian Flesh 1 cup
Granulated White Sugar 3/4 cup
Egg Grade A 1
Butter,melted 1/3 cup (75g)
Fresh Milk 3tbs

Instructions

Preheat oven at 180 degrees.Line muffin pans with liners

Mix well all dry ingredients & set adide (flour,baking soda,baking powder,salt)

In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients (durian flesh, egg, melted butter, sugar & fresh milk)

Add in dry ingredients into wet ingredients & mix well. Do not overmix to avoid tough Muffins

Scoop batter with ice cream scoop into muffin liners

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top muffin is golden brown.
