Recipe for "Steamed Minced Meat With Whole Salted Egg Yolk"


Tips

You can mashed the egg yolk into the meat mixture if you like.

Soak the preserved veggie a while as it was too salty.

Ingredients

Minced Meat* 200 g
Salted Egg York 1
Preserved Veggie* A dash
Grated Garlic* 1 clove
Salt* To taste
Corn Starch* 1 tbsp
Decoration
Deep Fried Minced Garlic As many as you like
Spring Onion As many as you like

Instructions

Mix everything * together.

Put the salted egg york center of the meat mixture.

Place on the steamer and steam until cooked.

Garnish with 'decoration' ingredients.
