Steamed Minced Meat With Whole Salted Egg Yolk

This dish always prepared by my beloved grandmother when i was kid :)

Tips

You can mashed the egg yolk into the meat mixture if you like.

Soak the preserved veggie a while as it was too salty.

Ingredients

200 g minced meat*
1 salted egg york
A dash preserved veggie*
1 clove grated garlic*
To taste salt*
1 tbsp corn starch*
Decoration
As many as you like deep fried minced garlic
As many as you like spring onion

Mix everything * together.
