Recipe for "Homemade Grill Chicken"


Tips

replace caramel sauce with honey.
but I prefer caramel sauce especially homemade like I used to made.

Ingredients

Chicken 2kg (whole)
Dry Mixed Herbs 3 tablespoons
Salt Soy Sauce 1/2 cup
Caramel Sauce 1/2 cup
Garlic 6 cloves (mashed)
Onion 1 medium
Brown Sugar 2 cups
Salt 1 - 2 teaspoon
Winchester Sauce 1/2 cup
Paprika Powder 4 tablespoons

Instructions

Clean the chicken. Poke all joints and muscle. rest aside

In a food processor,combine all ingredient and blend well

Rub the chicken with the paste and lets it marinade for overnight or at least 6 hours

After that, baked or grill your chicken in your oven with temperature of 205 degree celsius for 45 - 60min of each side.

After baked,cover with aluminum foil to prevent juice from dripping out when it cool.
serve with your fave gravy.
