Chicken | 2kg (whole) |
Dry Mixed Herbs | 3 tablespoons |
Salt Soy Sauce | 1/2 cup |
Caramel Sauce | 1/2 cup |
Garlic | 6 cloves (mashed) |
Onion | 1 medium |
Brown Sugar | 2 cups |
Salt | 1 - 2 teaspoon |
Winchester Sauce | 1/2 cup |
Paprika Powder | 4 tablespoons |
Clean the chicken. Poke all joints and muscle. rest aside
In a food processor,combine all ingredient and blend well
Rub the chicken with the paste and lets it marinade for overnight or at least 6 hours
After that, baked or grill your chicken in your oven with temperature of 205 degree celsius for 45 - 60min of each side.
After baked,cover with aluminum foil to prevent juice from dripping out when it cool.
serve with your fave gravy.
