Parmesan Cheese | 75g , finely grated |

Bolognese Sauce | |
Ground Beef | 500 gram |
Garlic | 3 cloves |
Onion | 1 big |
Tomato Puree | 1 can x 200g |
Mixed Herbs | 2 tablespoon |
Sugar And Salt | To taste |
Penne Pasta | 150g - cook until al dente and rinse |
Bechamel Sauce
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until foaming. Add flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbling
Remove from heat. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly, until mixture is smooth. Return to heat.
Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, for 10 to 12 minutes or until sauce comes to the boil, thickens and coats the back of a wooden spoon.
Remove from heat. Stir in parmesan, salt
Bolognese Sauce
Saute garlic and onion
put ground beef and herbs .cook until tender
Pour in the tomato puree and add water if required.
simmers until cook and put sugar with salt to taste.
mixed with cook penne pasta and stir well.
