Recipe for "Baked Penne Pasta"


Tips

replace ground beef with chunky chicken with you don't like beef

Ingredients

Bechamel Sauce
Butter, 60g , chopped
Plain Flour 1/3 cup
Milk 4 1/2 cups
Parmesan Cheese 75g , finely grated
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Bolognese Sauce
Ground Beef 500 gram
Garlic 3 cloves
Onion 1 big
Tomato Puree 1 can x 200g
Mixed Herbs 2 tablespoon
Sugar And Salt To taste
Penne Pasta 150g - cook until al dente and rinse

Instructions

Bechamel Sauce

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until foaming. Add flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbling

Remove from heat. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly, until mixture is smooth. Return to heat.

Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, for 10 to 12 minutes or until sauce comes to the boil, thickens and coats the back of a wooden spoon.

Remove from heat. Stir in parmesan, salt

Bolognese Sauce

Saute garlic and onion
put ground beef and herbs .cook until tender

Pour in the tomato puree and add water if required.
simmers until cook and put sugar with salt to taste.
mixed with cook penne pasta and stir well.

Baked for 15 - 20 min on 180 degree Celsius or the surface turn to golden
