Tips

replace ground beef with chunky chicken with you don't like beef

Ingredients

Bechamel Sauce
60g , chopped butter,
1/3 cup plain flour
4 1/2 cups milk
75g , finely grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
Bolognese Sauce
500 gram ground beef
3 cloves garlic
1 big onion
1 can x 200g tomato puree
2 tablespoon mixed herbs
To taste sugar and salt
150g - cook until al dente and rinse penne pasta

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until foaming. Add flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbling

Remove from heat. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly, until mixture is smooth. Return to heat.
