Recipe for "Homemade Peach Filling"


Tips

same recipe can be used over pineapple chunk or chunky mango

Ingredients

Canned Nectarine / Peaches 400 - 500g
Cinnamon Stick 1
Icing Sugar 200 - 300g
Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Inside a small pot, caramelized icing sugar until its become thicken.

Remove can lid, toss all excessive liquid. Put all the nectarine / peaches inside the pot.

Add cinnamon stick and vanilla extract. Let it simmer until furit become tender.

Once tender, remove from the heat. Let it rest. Ready to be use as pie filling or pastries filling
