Recipe for "Deviled Eggs @ Telur Rebus Sumbat"


Tips

Use cold water after eggs are boiled crack them easily.

Ingredients

Eggs 5
Mayoinaise 2 tbs
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cheese Sauce / Dip 1 tbs
Pepper 1/2 tsp

Instructions

Wash your eggs first and place them in a boiling pot

Boil for about 5 minutes for 5 eggs.

Take the eggs out and place them in a basin filled with cold water

Start peeling the eggs after 5 minutes and cut them into halves.

Remove egg yolks and place into a separate bowl

Yolks are mixed with the mayonaise, salt, pepper and cheese sauce/dip (you can use cheesy powder mix).

Place yolks back into the egg white halves and serve according to your decor liking.
