300 gm daging cincang ramly
3 sudu cili kisar (cili kering, bawang besar & bawang putih diblend halus)
3 sudu serbuk kari dasing
Seketul kiub ayam
Sedikit air
2-3 sudu sos cili
Secukup rasa garam
Secukup rasa gula
3 sudu minyak
1 batang carrot (sagat halus)
1/4 biji kobis (sagat halus)
Bahan Untuk Murtabak Crackers
Secukupnya inti daging (sejuk)
36-40 keping biskut cream crackers (faa guna yang kecil, jika guna saiz besar, kurangkan)
6 biji telur saiz a
1+1/2 cawan susu segar
1 sudu butter

Panaskan minyak. tumis cili blender sampai garing.Masukkan serbuk kari dan sedikit air.kacau hingga garing.
