Tips

Sebelum digoreng, rendam sebentar ikan utk mengurangkan rasa masinnya.

Ingredients

1 ekor	ikan terubuk masin
1 labu	bawang besar
3 tangkai	cili basah
1 bj	limau nipis

Instructions

1: Bersihkan ikan, kemudian potong 2 bhgn. Toskan sebentar sebelum di goreng. Hiris bawang besar & cili basah
