Eggs | 2 room temperature |

Whipping Cream (Fresh Cream) | 200 ml |

Beat 2 whole eggs in a bowl
Heat granulated sugar and water
Add the syrup in the beaten eggs, then immediately beat with an electric mixer until white and fluffy
Combine whipping cream and pumpkin puree
Add the whipped cream into the egg mixture
Freeze it in a large container until firm.
