Recipe for "Pumpkin Ice Cream"


Tips

You can replace pumpkin to any flavor that you like.

Ingredients

Eggs 2 room temperature
Granulated Sugar 50 g
Water 50 ml
Whipping Cream (Fresh Cream) 200 ml
Pumpkin Puree 50 g

Instructions

Beat 2 whole eggs in a bowl

Heat granulated sugar and water

Add the syrup in the beaten eggs, then immediately beat with an electric mixer until white and fluffy

Combine whipping cream and pumpkin puree

Add the whipped cream into the egg mixture

Freeze it in a large container until firm.
