boiled the potatoes and carrot until half cooked first

Ingredients

Chicken Breast 2 pcs
Salt To taste
White Pepper A bit
Flour To coat
Beaten Eggs To coat
Panko To coat
Japanese Curry Mixture 1 pack
Potatoes 2
Carrot 1
Yellow Onion 1
Water As dedicated in the label
Salt To taste

Instructions

Marinated the chicken breast with salt and pepper

Coat with some flour

Dip in beaten eggs

Coat again with panko

Deep fried until crispy.Set aside

Saute the onion,add water and curry mixture.

When boiled add carrot and potatoes.

Season with some salt and pour on the katsu chicken.
Served!
