Bahan A
3/4 cawan chocolate powder [ boleh guna serbuk koko biasa ]
1/4 cawan serbuk koko hitam
1 cawan gula perang
1 cawan susu segar
1 cawan susu pekat manis
1 cawan minyak jagung
Bahan B - Diayak
1 1/4 cawan tepung kek
1 sudu kecil baking powder
1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
Bahan C
3 biji telur
1 sudu teh esen vanila
Lapisan Cheese
250 gm creamcheese
120 gm gula castor
150 gm uht whipping cream atau boleh guna fresh cream
1 tbsp gelatin
Secukupnye (~60ml ) air panas
Chocolate Mousse
300 gm whipping cream
1 tbsp gelatine ( cairkan dengan 60 ml air panas )
50 gm serbuk koko
100 gm gula icing ( satukan dgn srbk koko bersama 1/2 cwn air suam dan jdkn pes )
Chocolate Ganache/topping
150ml whipping cream
350g dark chocolate
1 tbsp butter - cairkan

Masak bahan A dengan api kecil sehingga sebati atau gula hancur. Sejukkan.
