Recipe for "Leek Pancakes"


Tips

Make as thinly as possible because it will be more crispy.

Ingredients

Leek As much as you like
Flour 1 cups
Water 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Salt To taste

Instructions

Stir fried the leek until fragnant

Mix the flour,water,leek,egg
and salt to taste

Mix it very well

Heat up the non sticky pan with some oil

Pour a 1/2 cup of the bater and make a circular shape

Fried 2 sided until golden brown
