Beef | 1 lb |
Taco Seasoning | 1 packet |
Water | 2 cups |
Tomato | 1 can |
Tomato Sauce | 1 can |
Elbow Macaroni | 2 cups |
Pepper | 1/2 tbs |
Salt | 1/4 tbs |
Brown beef in a large quart pot over medium. Drain fat and return beef to pot.
Add taco seasoning, water, tomatoes, tomato sauce. Bring to a boil.
Add uncooked macaroni and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover.
Serve once cheese is melted!
