Recipe for "Chicken Roulade"


Tips

if doesnt have butcher string. can place a cling wrap bottom of it. and roll it up using the cling wrap.

best serving with blackpepper sauce and mashed potato :D

Ingredients

Boneless Chicken Breast 300 gram
Purple Cabbage 200 gram
Carrot 100 gram
Cheese Slice 250 gram
Breadcrumb 200 gram
Spinach 250 gram
Egg 100 gram

Instructions

Beat the chicken breast with meat mallet. until flatten. so easier to roll up.

After it flatten up. so we can start arranging the cheese slice, spinach, purple cabbage on top of it. and remember to blanch the vegetables first.

Tied it up with butcher string.steam it up. until half cook. after that. soak it in egg mixture. then into breadcrumb. we want to make the coating.

After done coating. fry it until well cooked.

As the chicken roulade is ready . slice it up and serve it.
