Tips

1. Ayam ambil bahagian tulang untuk rasa manis ayam.
2. Bawang merah dan bawang putih ditumbuk supaya lebih sedap.
3. Mee kuning basuh terlebih dahulu.
4. Saya suka kicap manis cap udang. Kicap lain tak kena dengan tekak.
5. Garam letak sikit2 sebab mee kuning dah ada rasa masin.

Ingredients

1/4 ekor ayam
1 bungkus kecil mee kuning
3 biji bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
3 batang sosej
1 gengam yang dihiris halus kobis
1 sudu lada giling
2 sudu kicap manis
5 titik cuka
1 sudu teh garam
Segelas air

Instructions

Potong ayam kecil-kecil dan basuh sampai bersih,
potong sosej kecil-kecil.
