1/2 ekor ayam
Secukupnya kacang buncis dipotong panjang menyerong
3 ulas bawang putih
2 tangkai cili padi
1 cawan air
3 sudu besar kicap
2 sudu besar sos tiram
Secukup rasa garam & gula

Lumur ayam dgn garam & serbuk kunyit. Goreng separuh masak. Toskan minyak, ketepikan.
