Tips

1. Kalau suka masam, boleh tambah air asam jawa.

2. Option, boleh ganti tomato dengan bendi. Tambah rasa lagi dengan bunga kantan.

Ingredients

2 ekor ikan kembung (potong 2)
3 sudu besar cili giling
3 biji bawang besar (ditumbuk)
3 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk)
Secubit belacan (dibakar & ditumbuk)
3 biji cili padi (dititik)
1 batang serai (dititik)
2 keping asam keping
2 cawan air
2 biji tomato (belah 4)
