Tips

Petai adalah optional. Jika suka, boleh letak. Jika tak suka bau, jangan letak kerana bau petai adalah kuat.

Ingredients

4 tangkai - kerat pendek kacang panjang
1/4 bahagian - hiris kobis bulat
2 papan - hiris petai
2 keping - potong dadu, goreng tempe
2 keping - potong dadu, goreng tauhu
1/4 cawan isi udang
1 peket - rendam, kerat pendek fucuk kering & sohoon
1 biji - hiris cili hijau
1 biji - hiris cili merah
2 camca besar cili kisar
3/4 camca besar jus asam jawa
1 camca besar kicap cair
1 batang - ketuk serai
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar:
5 biji bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inci - bakar belacan

Tumis bahan kisar hingga harum, masukkan serai & cili kisar. Kacau & masak hingga cili garing & terbit minyak.
