Ingredients

Dari 1 kg kerang hidup (kerang direbus & dikopek) isi kerang
2 bungkus koeyteow
1 pokok sawi
1 genggam taugeh
3 sudu besar sos tiram
1/2 cawan kicap
Secukup rasa garam & gula
1 biji telur
Bahan Kisar
9 tangkai cili kering direbus
2 ulas bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih

Panaskan minyak & tumis bahan kisar hingga sedikit kering.
