5 tangkai daun kesum
2 batang serai diketuk
Secukupnya air
Secukupnya air asam jawa
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Tumis
2 ulas bawang merah dihiris
2 ulas bawang putih dihiris
1 sudu kecil halba campur
Bahan Kisar
11 tangkai cili kering direbus
1 1/2 labu bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih
Sedikit belacan
1 sudu kecil jintan manis
1 sudu kecil jintan putih

Panaskan minyak & tumis bwg merah & bwg putih hingga garing. Masukkan halba campur. Kacau & terus masukkan bahan kisar.
