Onion | 2 peels |
Garlic | 4 peels |
Red Onion | 3 peels |
Chilly Rice | 2 peels |
Salt | To taste |
Coconut Oil | 1 cup |
Turmeric | 1 peel |
Cooking Oil | 2 table spoon |
Water | 2 cups |
Clean the crabs. Blend onions, red onions, garlic, turmeric and chilly rices.
Heat the cooking pot. Add in the cooking oil. Stir fry the blended ingredients until fragrant.
Add in the coconut oil and stir under a medium heat until boiling. When the oil separates or when the oil floats to the top (pecah minyak), add in the water and stir.
Add in the crabs and continue to stir until boiling. Add in some salts to taste.
Stir until the crabs are fully cooked. Enjoy your meal.
