Ketam Lemak Cili Api

When it comes to crab, I love if it is either fried or "masak lemak". Everybody has their own way of cooking masak lemak cili api, but this is my way of doing it. Selamat mencuba :).

You can add in some tumeric leaves (daun kunyit) in the cooking for an additional taste.


4 crab
2 peels onion
4 peels garlic
3 peels red onion
2 peels chilly rice
To taste salt
1 cup coconut oil
1 peel turmeric
2 table spoon cooking oil
2 cups water
