Gunakan ketam fresh.

5ulas bawang merah kecil
2ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
15biji lada hitam/lada putih
Setengah biji (saya suka banyak) daun kubis
100 gram daun sup/daun bawang
2 sudu besar bawang goreng
Secukup rase garam
2sudu besar minyak
3cawan atau ikut nak kuah banyak mana. air
