Lumur ikan dgn garam & kunyit. Panaskan minyak & goreng separuh garing. Toskan minyak, ketepikan.
Menggunakan minyak gorengan ikan, buang sedikit jika banyak, tumis bahan kisar & jintan manis serta jintan putih & daun kari.
