1 sudu kecil jintan manis
1 sudu kecil jintan putih
1 tangkai daun kari (optional)
1/2 keping asam keping
2 sudu besar sos cili
1/2 sudu kecil kicap
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar
6 tangkai cili kering direbus
3 ulas bawang putih
1 labu bawang besar
2 ulas bawang merah

Lumur ikan dgn garam & kunyit. Panaskan minyak & goreng separuh garing. Toskan minyak, ketepikan.
