500 gm spageti
300gm udang/sotong/lala(dipotong kecil)
1 cawan minyak zaitun
3 ulas bawang putih(di cincang)
3 sudu cili flakes
3 sudu serbuk oregano
3 sudu parsleys flakes
1 kiub kiub pati ayam
1 sudu lada hitam (serbuk)
Secukup rasa garam

Rebus spageti sampai lembut dan rebus juga seafood tadi dan toskan.Asing2. Air rebusan seafood jangan buang.
