Tips

1. Elakkan memegang apam yg sudah dikukus dgn tangan supaya apam tahan lebih lama.

2. Lap tudung periuk setiap kali memasukkan loyang dlm kukusan supaya air tidak menitik. Tak perlu jika balut tudung dgn kain.

Ingredients

3 biji telur
1 cawan gula pasir
1 sudu besar ovallete
2 cawan tepung gandum
2 sudu kecil baking powder
1 cawan santan
1 susu kecil esen pandan
Beberapa titik pewarna ungu
Secukupnya kaya
3 keping piping bag
Secukupnya mangkuk kertas

Pukul telur, gula & ovallate hingga kembang & gebu. Masukkan esen pandan. Kacau sebati.

Masukkan mangkuk kertas dlm loyang. Sy guna loyang mini cupcake. Paipkan tepung 3/4. Paipkan kaya ditengah. Paipkan lg tepung untuk menutup kaya.
