1 clove | garlic (finely minced) |
1/4 | small onion (finely diced) |
1/2 cup | kimchi (cut into small pieces) |
1tablespoon | kimchi juice |
2cups | overnight steamed rice |
1tablespoon | soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | sesame oil |
3dashes | black pepper |
1stalk | scallion (cut into small round) |
Heat up a wok with 1/4 tablespoon oil and cook the egg sunny side up. Dish out and set aside.
Add the remaining oil into the wok. Saute the garlic and onion until aromatic.

Add the kimchi and do a few quick stirs before adding the rice. Stir to combine well.
