Tips

Lapikkan penutup kukus dengan kain supaya air kukusan tidak jatuh ke dalam adunan.(nanti takot xmekar setaman).Api kena besar.

Ingredients

Bahan-Bahan :-
200 g gula kastor
250 g tepung gandum
200 ml air
4 sb susu pekat
1 sk ovelatte
1 sk esen vanilla
2 bj telur(gred b)
Secukupnya paper cup

Pukul telur, gula kastor, esen vanilla, ovalatte sampai kembang dan ringan (guna mixer je dlm 10mnt)

Masukkan tepung gandum ke dalam adunan yang telah dipukul/kacau guna mixer tadi...selang seli kan tepung dengan air susu tadi

Setelah itu masukkan cup kedalam pengukus.. Biarkan selama 15 minit...baru angkat..dah ciap!!!!
