Sesame Oil | 3 tbs |
Garlic | 6 cloves |
Chicken Breast | 200 g |

Green Chillies | 4 |
Oyster Sauce | 1 tbs |
Soy Sauce | 1 tsp |
Sugar | 1 tsp |
Ground Pepper | 1/4 tbs |
Kang Kong | 200 g |
Ikan Bilis (Anchovies) ) Optional | 200 g |
Prawn Cracker (Optional) | 200 g |
Melt 1 tbs butter wz 4 tbs cooking oil & 2 tbs sesame oil in the medium heat
Simmer 6 cloves of chopped garlic until golden & fragrant
Add 200g diced chicken breast, mix until cooked then add sliced sausages
Beat the 3 eggs and mix then put in the green chillies (blended)
Add the Kang Kong leaves and stir well
Add 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar and 1/4 ground pepper
Lastly put the white rice and stir well mix well and serve you can add ikan bilis (anchovies)
