1 tsp | soy sauce |

1/4 tbs | ground pepper |
200 g | kang kong |
200 g | ikan bilis (anchovies) ) optional |

Melt 1 tbs butter wz 4 tbs cooking oil & 2 tbs sesame oil in the medium heat
Simmer 6 cloves of chopped garlic until golden & fragrant
