Tips

The best fried rice is made with overnight rice—basically leftover rice that is kept overnight in the fridge.

1 tbs butter
4 tbs cooking oil
3 tbs sesame oil
6 cloves garlic
200 g chicken breast
2 sausages
3 eggs
4 green chillies
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tbs ground pepper
200 g kang kong
200 g ikan bilis (anchovies) ) optional
200 g prawn cracker (optional)

Melt 1 tbs butter wz 4 tbs cooking oil & 2 tbs sesame oil in the medium heat

Simmer 6 cloves of chopped garlic until golden & fragrant

Add 200g diced chicken breast, mix until cooked then add sliced sausages
