1. Kalau makan dengan daging kurma & jelatah (acar timun) lagi tambah selera.

2. Bila nasi masak, biarkan sejuk seketika. Kemudian guna garfu untuk kaup balik bagi tekstur nasi cantik.

Panaskan kuali. Masukkan marjerin & sedikit minyak. Kacau sampai marjerin cair. Tumis bawang-bawang sampai naik harum.
