Black Pepper Sauce | 2 tablespoon |
Kfc Flour | 2 tablespoon |
Garlic (Minced) | 2 cloves |
Water | 1 cup |
Butter | 1 tablespoon |
Salt | To taste |
Sugar | To taste |
Cut all the vegetables into cubes or according to what shape we like.
Put the vegetables in a pot of water with little salt added. Boil for a while, (be careful not to overcook).
Put aside the boiled vegetables.
How to marinade and grill the chicken:
Clean the chicken with fresh water. Put in a bowl.
Put all the ingredient for marinade the chicken together, stir well and marinade for 1/2 hour.
After 1/2 hour, heat up the grill pan with small amount of olive oil. Grill the chicken until cook.
How to make the yummy gravy:
In a cup of water, dissolve 2 spoons of KFC flour. (can use wheat or corn flour too).
Melt butter in pot, put in the minced garlic. Fry until it gives out good smell. (love this smell ^_^)
Add in a cup of dissolved flour into the pot, and let it cook.
Put in the black pepper sauce together with the sliced button mushroom.
Adjust the taste by using salt and sugar. (optional: add some water too if it is too thick) *let's play with food chemistry* ;)
Stir well until cook. Serve the grill chicken with the vegetables, and pour in the gravy. Enjoy! :)
